Large tubing line capable of producing tubing from 29" to 59" lay flat. This line is also capable of producing J-Sheet, Single wound sheeting and Double wound sheeting due to the placement of a secondary nip station above the dual turret winders. This unit has a 10" disc and a 3-1/2" barrel. Air ring is a film master dual lip. . This unit was rebuilt in 2002 with the addition of the new screw and barrel. Output is approx 165-450# per hour depending on size, mil and material being used. Unit has a die rotator and a 4 unit hopper of the extruder. Mil range from .007 to .0055. Electrical requirements are 480V/240V/3 Phase. Material used was LDPE with a max of 80%LLD. The extrusion line can also produce a LDPE/Hi Density blend of approx. 30%.
